2577240 - IQ extremely slow while dropping several users in short time period -- SAP IQ

Symptom

IQ becomes extremely slow while dropping several users in short time period.
These are temporary users created for summer interns or application testing.
Each temporary user has membership in several groups and permissions on several tables.
While dropping these users in a batch, along with extreme slowness, System administrator may see just one core being used out of several cores on the box.

pstack captured while IQ is hang-like condition will show one or multiple threads with following stack frames.
