Symptom

  • How can we verify the filters used for a Live Slide on Presentations?
  • Is it possible to change the filters of a Live Slide on Presentations?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Presentations

Resolution

It is possible to verify and change the filters used to create the Live Slides in the Presentation by editing the slide content, as described below:

  1. Go to Presentations;
  2. Open the presentation;
  3. Click "View Slide Sorter":

NOTE: To edit the slide filters, the presentation must be in Slide Sorter view mode.

  1. Click in the dropdown menu of the Live Slide > Select "Edit Slide":

  1. A pop-up window will be shown with the filters selected for the Live slide:

  1. You can verify and apply any changes to the filters defined;
  2. After applying the changes to the filters, click "Edit Slide".
