2577261 - Database table is inconsistent due to missing fields during DBCLONE phase

Symptom

During an upgrade, you find the following error during the DBCLONE phase:

3 ETGCLN START DB6PMSQ_DB - DB6PMSQ_DB~ 20170101010101　
3 ETGCLN Primary key strategy for current table is 0
1EETGCLN DB6PMSQ_DB
1EETGCLN Database table is inconsistent due to missing fields

This can happen for multiple tables.
