2577264 - PI Component Monitor: Overview ABAP Proxy item in red alert, when ping ABAP PROXY Component, there is error service 'sapms<SID>' unknown

In Component monitor, the ABAP proxy components are showing error as below:

Click on Repeat Ping button, and in log viewer you find following error:

ERROR service 'sapms<SID>' unknown
