How to Calculate age on a specific event date in Online Report Designer

Given:

Date of birth

Event date

Find out:

Age on a specific event

The Date function needs to be configured via Calculated Column feature

Please find below the steps to create a calculated column to calculate the age:

Select calculated column section

Select + sign to add a column:

Give a name to the column and click Edit.

Select:

Date Section > Global Job Information > Event Date

Select:

Date Section > Personal Information > Date of Birth

Select Token Editor (by double-click Event date and Date of Birth) >Function Selector >Select Year

Click Ok >Ok>Done

Find the last column in the query and it will show the age(in years) of the user on the specific event.
