2577333 - Service Interface For E-mails

Symptom

You have implemented B2B and B2C scenerio in C4C and want to check if the e-mails from these channels are visible in Web Service Message Monitoring.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administator work center.
  2. Go to General Settings facet.
  3. Under System Administration select Web Service Message Monitoring.

You want to check here for e-mails through B2B and B2C scenerio.

Resolution

The e-mails with B2B channel will have the Service interface as 'EmailServiceRequestingIn' while the e-mails with B2C channel will have the Service interface  as 'ServiceRequestingIn'.

Looking at the Serive interface you can determine whether the e-mail was sent to B2B or B2C channel.
