The mass data runs execution fails when multiple users are scheduling the mass data run simultaneously.

1. Login to frontend system with the user XYZ.
2. Open Mass Data Run Custom Work Center view.
3. Click on New Mass Data Run.
4. Schedule Mass Data Run.
5. At the same time login with the user ABC and schedule the same Mass Data Run.
6. Mass Data Run execution will fail.

When two mass data run jobs are scheduled at the same time, one of them will acquire a lock for the mass data run and the business object. Since the second job execution cannot acquire a lock, it will fail with the message "Cancelled manually or by the system".

There is no option for the same mass data run to be executed simultaneously. If you want the second job to execute after the first job finishes, there is an option called "Schedule After Job" to be used when scheduling mass data run executions.
