Unable to see the option Configure S/MIME in Administrator Workcenter
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
Scoping not done.
Resolution
1. Go to Business configuration Work center.
2. Go to Implementation Project view.
3. Select project and edit the scope.
4. Go to Question Phase.
5. Expand Built-in Service and Support
6. Expand System Management
7. Select Security
8. Scope the Question Do you want to use encryption and signature for e-mails?
9. Complete the scoping by selecting Confirm and Finish.
