SUM was stopped during the upgrade for some accident, for example lack of disc space, then after re-excuting the STARTUP command, below error is displayed:
**** SUM folder belongs to root or has root files!
**** Aborting!
You are sure the SUM*.SAR package was extracted by <SID>adm user, and cannot find the file with root privileges.
You are not able to extract a brand new SUM folder from the SUM*.SAR package because the upgrade is already in the halfway.
