2577787 - Admin cannot cancel a Class using the Class Connector

Symptom

Can you cancel a class using the Class Connector?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

  • Classes cannot be cancelled using the Class Connector. They can only be set to inactive from the Class Connector. 
  • To Set the Class as Inactive/Active you can use the Column  "Status".

Note: Setting a Class to inactive will not send out cancellation notifications to enrolled users

  • If you'd like to see this functionality changed in a future release, please create an Enhancement Request
