2577787 - Not possible to cancel nor close classes using the Class Connector

• Is it possible to cancel a class using the Class Connector?
• Is it possible to close a class using the Class Connector?

Classes can be set to active / inactive through "Status" column from the Class Connector, but they cannot be cancelled nor closed via connector. That is, a class can only be cancelled or closed manually, via UI as per the steps outlined at the respective documentation below:

• Cancel Class
• Closing Classes

Alternatively, to suggest a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.

Note: 

Setting a Class to inactive will not send out cancellation notifications to enrolled users.
