2577834 - Past Classes are not visible in the item level

Classes that are in the past are not shown within an item's record > Classes tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

This is a standard behavior. When a Class is in the past, it will not show on the item level. Only classes scheduled in the future will appear at the item's record > Classes tab:

1. Past classes can be searched by going to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes
2. Enter the Class ID and make sure to filter the Status to "Both" (in order to search within active and closed classes).

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
