2577957 - Recovery with HANA Studio does not work, when HTTP is disabled via ACL for the instance agent

Symptom

The HTTP access for the instance and host agents are disabled, so only HTTPS access is possible.
This is achieved by applying ACLs (Access Control Lists) to the host and the instance agent.

permit 127.0.0.0/8
permit ::1
deny 0.0.0.0/0
deny ::/0

In this constellation the general access from HANA Studio via HTTPS (TLS) to the instance agent works as usual, but the recovery process which is triggered from HANA Studio will fail with the following error message:

“failed no valid master host found”.
