Symptom
The curricula was correctly assigned to the Learning user, it is possible to see it from the Learning admin side, but the user cannot see it in the learning plan.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
Review the Learning user role assigned to the user ID. It may be missing the "Access Curriculum Status" permission.
Resolution
In the Learning admin side, click:
- System Administration > Security > Role Management >
- Search and access the desired user role >
- Permissions > Expand "Learning" > Check if the "Access Curriculum Status" permission is available >
- If not, click "add one or more from list" to add it.
