2578340 - Using sp_thresholdaction for Dump database/dump tran hangs if using net password encryption - SAP ASE

• The sp_thresholdaction with Dump database or dump tran hangs if enabling "net password encryption" option for the backup server.

• When this happens, in sp_who or select * from sysprocesses, we can notice the $dmpxact or DUMP command which is hung for long time. select * from master..sysprocesses ouput shows
