How to sort candidates by either first name or last name in the talent pipeline?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Candidate Name Sort Preferences can be selected in the Recruiting module to allow sorting of candidates by first name or last name.

Navigate to:

1. Recruiting
2. Preferences
3. My Display Preferences

Here, you will be able to choose to sort candidates either by First Name, Last Name or Last Name, First Name.

Note: By default, candidates are sorted by First Name, Last Name.
