2578539 - LMS: Cannot remove two old trainings from one

The admin is unable to remove the learning items from the user's learning plan with the use of User Needs Mgmnt tool

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Go to Users > Tools > User Needs Mgmnt

Search for the user ID and item ID

Run the Job

Item is still not being removed from the user's Learning Plan

The items mentioned was assigned through a curricula. Only items that is free floating can be removed from the User Needs Mgmnt tool

For you to remove the item, you will need to remove the whole curricula from the users. Follow the steps below:

1. Users > Tools > User Needs Mgmnt

2. Remove Curricula

3. Search for the user > Add

4. Search for the Curricula > Add

5. Run the Job
