2578585 - JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE error after configuring PI High Availability system landscape

You are in initial status of SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI) High Availability system landscape, and you find some messages failed in mapping process with following error message:

In SM59, connection tests are failed with the following error messages:

AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER:

AI_VALIDATION_JCOSERVER:
Error Details ERROR: program AI_VALIDATION_<SID> not registered
