2578916 - Data Model is not consistent: For Element : jobInfo the fields : [change-reason] cannot be configured differently in CSF and Data Model

Error when trying to change/add any field in jobInfo or the country specific fields in JobInfo section under Manage Business Configuration:

Data Model is not consistent: For Element : jobInfo the fields : [change-reason] cannot be configured differently in CSF and Data Model.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to the Admin Center 
2. Search for Manage Business Configuration
3. Edit/add any field in JobInfo

The visibility of the fields change-reason or change-reason-external is set as visibility=both in Succession Data Model or Country Specific for Succession Data Model and it should be "none" in all data models.

If you have access to Provisioning:

1. Export the Succession Data Model and Country Specific for Succession Data Model
2. Search for the fields change-reason and change-reason-external and identify where is this field enable and with visibility=both and change to none

    

If you do not have access to Provisioning:

1. Go to the Admin Center
2. Search for Manage Business Configuration
3. Select JobInfo section
4. Search for the field in every section, including the country specific one, and disable the field

NOTE: Please make sure that if change-reason or change-reason-external is defined on some country specific job information they are also defined on global job information.
