2579006 - Compensation & Variable Pay - Uploading a Company Logo for Statements

• How to request to upload a Company Logo for Standard Compensation Statements.
• These files can be used within Compensation & Variable Pay planning for instructional text and statement.

To get the URL, please refer to KBA 2157471 - Uploading Static Content and Generating a Public Link on how to do so.

Additionally, you may also embed images directly using base64 images. For more information on this, please review 3041436 - Compensation & Variable Pay - Embedding images into statements.

Once you have the URL, please insert it into the instance by:

1. Navigating to Admin Centre > Compensation Home > Action for all plans > Manage Statement Templates
2. Select Add/Edit Statement Templates and choose your Standard Compensation Statement
3. Under the Header Company Logo URL select the radio button Use Custom Logo URL
4. In the resulting text bar, enter the URL and your logo will appear.

You can preview your new logo by going to the Compensation Statement and clicking the Preview Icon.

Please know the system will provide the URL with the image on the sizes uploaded, so the images need to be uploaded in the Public Content Links page already fitting your business requirements.

Note

The same procedure must be followed for customer's wanting to upload images for Custom Compensation Statements and URL links for the feature Plan Instruction in Compensation/Variable Pay Templates.

Also, should you be using the standard company logo option within a standard statement etc, the preview option from Manage Statements will not show the logo.

This is due to the preview feature using "dummy" data so that it can be previewed in HTML. Therefore, this will not pull the standard company logo.

If you are using a custom logo, this will be visible when previewing.
