When will LMS SOAP APIs be deprecated and what is the best course of action due to end of life approaching?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Cause
Due to SuccessFactors Learning Management environments no longer being "stand alone", SOAP APIs will no longer be updated and LMS OData APIs will be used going forward.
Resolution
LMS SOAP APIs will be deprecated in Q3 2018. If any are still in use, please migrate to using OData APIs. If there are no current OData API equivalent of SOAP APIs, a custom solution might be required to be developed from Professional Services.
