How to restrict employees from applying leave from the home record when the employee is in global assignment?
Environment
Employee Central - Time-Off
Reproducing the Issue
- If an employee is in Global Assignment, then he/she should not be able to apply leave for home country. He/She should be able to apply leave only for the host country.
- Current Behaviour: Employee can apply leave using the Time Types assigned in his/her home as well as host record's Time Profile. There is no restriction.
Resolution
Currently there is no possibility to restrict employees from applying leave from the home country while he/she is on global assignment.
The Product Management has confirmed that this is an enhancement. Currently the Enhancement has no fix date planned. Please reach out to your CSM if further tracking of ECT-88969 is required.
