2579206 - ERR> Cannot get wavefilereader in WaveEndPoint in MRS log

Symptom

  • After adding a network share for saving voicemails in voicemail configuration, MRS log is showing the following errors:
    • TRC> file not found using full path[\\IP\drive$\Voicemails\Message\***.WAV]
    • ERR> CreateDirectory fails for \\IP gle=161 
    • ERR> WaveFileCreate failed (0xE104)   
    • WRN> File \\IP\drive$\Voicemails\Rec\***.WAV does not exist 
    • ERR> Cannot get wavefilereader in WaveEndPoint
