Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

Resolution

Navigate to Admin Center -> Import and Export data -> Export -> Benefit Claim Accumulation to export the file.

Once you submit the request, you will get the file from Monitor Job. It will contain details like claim window start and end date, total claim amount (for a benefit), remaining amount, worker id, etc.

From 1908 onwards, past dated claims can be viewed/downloaded from the user's Benefit's Overview > Reimbursements section > Go to Claim History.
