How to configure the Work Anniversary tile to calculate using the Employee Central > Employment Details value Original Start Date instead of Hire Date

1. Navigate to the Home Page
2. View the Work Anniversary tile
3. Notice that the calculation is based on the Hire Date and not the Original Start Date

• This is expected behaviour. The Work Anniversary tile on the Home Page will get its date value from the Employee Profile standard-element field "hireDate". The "Work Anniversary" portlet does not pull data directly from Employee Central
• The tile "Birthday/Work Anniversary" could only be visible for managers whose any of reports are going to have Birthday or Work Anniversary Day in next 5 days.

There is no alternative solution here as Employee Central does not map data via HRIS sync in a custom configuration to the hireDate field, which this tile pulls it's value from. The hireDate field as advised by Employee Central engineering is a hard coded sync mapping and should not be altered by custom configuration.

Unfortunatley at this time there is no possibility to change this and would need an enhancement request for the system to be changed.
