2579360 - sp_iqrelocate might report an -1006002 "IQ internal error" - SAP IQ

Symptom

When sp_iqrelocate opens an FP index readwrite for the very first time since the database has been upgraded from IQ Release 12.6 or earlier, the following error message is raised:

 Exception Thrown from db_iqutility.cxx:4971, Err# 15, tid 212 origtid 212
 O/S Err#: 0, ErrID: 2071 (s_dbextexception); SQLCode: -1006002, SQLState: 'QBA02', Severity: 23
