In the advanced search functionality in the process management of SAP Solution Manager 7.20, customers can enter search terms for specific search criteria fields, as you can see in the screenshot below:
Some of the search fields have value helps, some not. In our example screenshot you see that the "Priority" and "Status" search fields do not have a value help.
The question is why some fields have value helps and others not.
