Error Message "Service Call Failed; Report an Incident" while migrating Equipment of Resources using Migration Tool.

SAP Business ByDesign

1.Go to Business Configuration workcenter
2.Select Overview view
3.Search Migration of Equipment Resources activity 
4.Select the link Migrate Equipment Resource using the migration tool
5.Select the relevant file
6.Select option Execute Migration Step by Step from the Execute Migration button. 

This error can occur when the data is wrongly entered in the migration template.
Possible causes are mentioned below:

1. When you try to migrate Equipment Resources which are already created in the system
2. If the percentage amount not filled correctly for the field Bucket Utilization in the template e.g. 1000.10% ,1000% which is not a valid number for percentage

Revisit the data entered in the template and correct the same and re-execute the migration.
