2579625 - SSO Error Occurs When Trying to Download a Report Template

Error occurs 'No endpoint with binding is defined for profile SSO' when trying to download a report template.

• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Data Source view.
3. Select a data source or customize data source(if available).   
4. Click Download Template button.
5. An error appears: 'No endpoint with binding is defined for profile SSO'.

The active Identity Provider (IdP) is not valid.

To resolve the error the current active IdP has to be deactivated:

In  SAP Business ByDesign as well as SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense

1. Go to the Administrator workcenter.
2. Go to the Common Tasks view.
3. Select Configure Single Sign-On.
4. Go to the Identity Provider tab.
5. Click on Deactivate Single Sign-On.
6. Click Save.
7. Try downloading the template again.

For SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks view.
3. Select Configure Single Sign-On.
4. Go to Identity Provider tab.
5. Click on Deactivate Single Sign-On.
6. Click Save.
7. Download the template again.
