Symptom
Business rule is not displayed under eligibility rule drop down while creating benefits.
- From Admin center navigate to Benefits Admin Overview
- Choose any benefit
- Click the eligibility rule drop down
- The rule is not displayed

Reproducing the Issue
- From Admin Center navigate to Benefits Admin Overview
- Choose any benefit
- Click the eligibility rule drop down
- There is no rule not displayed
Cause
The Rule type selected in the business rule is wrong. We will have to select the rule type with external code "Benefits " in rule type drop down.
Resolution
How to add value in rule type
- From Admin Center navigate to Configure Object Definition
- Select Picklist from the first drop down and Rule Type from the second drop down
- Add "Benefits" as a value for External Code
