2579768 - Rule Not Displayed in Benefits Eligibility Rule Drop Down

Symptom

Business rule is not displayed under eligibility rule drop down while creating benefits.

  1. From Admin center navigate to Benefits Admin Overview
  2. Choose any benefit
  3. Click the eligibility rule drop down
  4. The rule is not displayed

Reproducing the Issue

  1. From Admin Center navigate to Benefits Admin Overview
  2. Choose any benefit
  3. Click the eligibility rule drop down
  4. There is no rule not displayed

Cause

The Rule type selected in the business rule is wrong. We will have to select the rule type with external code "Benefits " in rule type drop down.

How to add value in rule type

  1. From Admin Center navigate to Configure Object Definition
  2. Select Picklist from the first drop down and Rule Type from the second drop down
  3. Add "Benefits" as a value for External Code
