2579777 - The Objective-Competency Summary Section is not Updated After the Form Auto-saves

When the Overall Objective rating and Overall Competency rating is changed in the Performance form, the Objective-Competency Summary section does not update immediately to reflect the changes when the form auto-saves.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Open the form and navigate to the Objective-Competency Summary section (OCOC)
2. Select a rating for the Overall Competency Rating and Overall Objective rating.
3. Wait for the auto-save to trigger.
4. After the Performance form auto-saves, the Objective-Competency Summary section does not update to reflect the changes.

The same outcome occurs when changes are made to individual goal and competency item ratings in the Goal section and Competency section.

• Currently, the auto-save feature does not work for the Objective-Competency Summary section.
• The form has to be manually saved in order for the ratings to update in the Objective-Competency Summary section.
