2579903 - How to make a KM document download with its own name

Symptom

You create a KM document iview and set property 'Path in document' to a KM document.
Such as:
PathInDocument.png

When you navigate to the iview to download the document, the initial file name in download pop-up page is the PCD path of the iview, not the document name:
nameWithIssue.png

And you want to know how to make the initial name display as document name.
