• Extra space is being added to the title when report is exported to PPT, PDF or Word in Online Report Designer
• Space between texts is larger in exported report
• Rich Text component does not respect the space between texts
• In Preview mode the space is correct

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Report Designer
2. Open any report with a Rich Text Component
3. Edit the component
4. See that the space between texts is correct
5. Preview the report
6. The space is correct as well
7. 
8. Export the report page to PPT, PDF or Word
9. See that the text space is larger than the preview
10. 

The Source code of the rich text component has more than one DIV tag

1. Edit the Rich Text component
2. Click on Source
3. Delete all unnecessary DIV tags and leave only one
4. At the end of the text lines add the <br /> tag to break the line
5. 
6. Save and export the report page
7. 
8. If you have any difficulty to edit the source code you can try to re-create the rich text component from scratch.
