Symptom
You need to enable or disable the Manage Workflow Email Configuration

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in the instance;
- Go to admin center;
- In the tool Search type "Manage Workflow Email Configuration";
- Nothing will appear;
Resolution
In order to appear the Manage Workflow Email Configuration on the action/global search, please make sure you have given the following permissions in Manage Permission Roles:
- Under Manage Foundation Objects you must give permissions to:
- Import Foundation Data;
