2580246 - Error Message No. SFIOM_PROCESSING 168 when replicating the Organizational Assignments

Replication error may happen in Org Assignment replication:

• Employee &1: Associated information for manager &1 missing
• Employee &1: Manager &2 is not valid in period &3

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration to SAP Business Suite
• Employee Master Data and Org Assignment Replication

Replicate a specific EE from EC to ERP.

• The manager of the employee for whom organizational assignment are being replicated is not active during the relevant EE replication period.
• Manager should be available in tables ECPAO_EE_KMAP or PAOCFEC_EEKEYMAP.

• Check the staging area through program RH_SFIOM_VIEW_EE_ORG_ASS_RPRQ (transaction SFIOM_VIEW_REQUESTS) for the affected employee.
• For all the Organizational Assignments, check and ensure that the manager is active across the relevant periods, even for future assignments. You can check this taking the manager's pernr and going to transaction PA20 (Overview). Check the employment status is not 0.
