2580252 - Service Quote Number Not Found In The Service Order XML

When creating a Service Order as a follow up document, to a Service Quote, the Quote Number cannot be found in the XML.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Service Order work center.
2. Go to the Service Order Processing view.
3. Search for the required Service Order and click on View All.
4. Navigate to the Output history and click on View Data XML.
5. When the XML is searched, the Service Quote Number reference cannot be found.

This the current system behavior.

As per the current release of the Business ByDesign, the standard service order XML file has no information of the service quote number.
