2580303 - For Online Report Designer (ORD) report with Learning Management System (LMS) data the Title (Item) filter value list is empty

Symptom

You create an Online Report Designer (ORD) report with Learning Management System (LMS) data and when filtering the Title (Item) the filter value list is empty.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
  • Online Report Designer (ORD)
  • Detailed Reporting - Learning (LMS)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Analytics - Report Center
  2. Create a query or Run a report that contains the Title (Item) field and LMS data
  3. Go to Manage filters > select Title (Item) filter field & Report Values tab
  4. No value is returned for the Title (Item) as per screenshot below:

Cause

As per design, for the Title (Item) field in Learning we do not provide filter selection values.

Resolution

If the filter search is not returning result you can enter the exact value directly in the "Enter filter value" text box then select.

The value will then be added to the Selected Values list.
