2580471 - My Inbox loading stopped with RAISE_EXCEPTION dump - CONFIGURATION_INCOMPLETE

Symptom

  • After clicking the My Inbox tile, the work item master list is displayed but after clicking on one of the items, the line item screen is hanging.

  • Error message RFC call was not successful Exception condition "Configuration incomplete" appears in the Gateway Error Log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG).
