• Running "reorg rebuild ... online" on a table that is being used actively.
     

• dbcc checks on the table gives error 9993:
    
  Msg 9993, Level 16, State 1:
  Server 'XXXX', Line 1:
  Mismatch between the 'ncfs counter' value (174) in the page header of DOL datapage 19785, partition ID 1390624966, and the actual amount of garbage (0) in the page.
