SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The GRC My Home Tab has 2 links for Work Inbox. One above the line and one below Quick Links. The Work Inbox above the line throws an error - Technical Exception We know users can select the Work Inbox Link below Quick Links, but many managers are set as workflow approvers and click the erroneous link.
How can we set the Work Inbox above the Line to be Text only (no hyperlink) or enable it to launch the Work Inbox directly?
