2580564 - How to download payload/dump files for debugging - Integration Center

Integration Center provides the ability to generate payload/dump files that capture the exact data sent during execution.

This feature allows you to validate and compare the preview data against the final output, supporting detailed investigation and debugging when needed.

1. Enable Diagnostics:

   • Navigate to Integration Center > My Integrations.

   • Edit the integration.

   • Go to the Destination Settings tab.

   • Under Advanced Settings, enable Enable diagnostics:
     

2. Execute the Integration using the Run Now button.

3. Find the Diagnostics Files:

   • For SFTP destination integrations:

     • The diagnostic .ZIP file will be created in your SFTP destination folder.

   • For other destination types:

     • The diagnostic file is available in the Event Logs section of the Execution Manager:
