2580644 - Language Version of Sales Forecasts XML Document in C4C

You login system in Chinese environment(or any other environment) and download the XML document.

When open it with C4C Excel add-in, you find the Sales Forecast template is English version.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Login system in Chinese environment.
2. Go to Sales work center.
3. Go to Forecasts work center view.
4. Select a Forecast and download the XML document.
5. Open the XML document with the C4C Excel add-in.
6. Find the Sales Forecast template is English version.

When you download the report in Forecasts work center view, the default language of the document will be taken as the setting in Personalize of your C4C system.

Please change the language setting of your system by the following steps:

1. Personalize
2. My Settings
3. Regional Settings
4. In the Language field, select the language you want to display in the Forecast document.
