2580705 - Variable Pay : Business Goals Update Email notification

When a single Business goal is updated , the system notifies that all the existing business goals are updated.

Example:

When we updated a single goal the following email was received:

"Business Goal Import Process has completed successfully.

Number of business goals created: 0 Number of business goals updated: 5"

Successfactors Variable Pay

1. Login As Admin > Admin Center > Compensation Home.
2. Open Variable Pay Template > Plan Setup > Manage Plan Details.
3. Business Goal > Import Business Goals > Import the file by keeping all goals same except 1.
4. Observe Message as below.

     "Business Goal Import Process has completed successfully.

      Number of business goals created: 0 Number of business goals updated: 5"

This is because Database Considers all as records to be updated when sent in import file and last updated time for all records sent in import is updated.

This is expected behavior and if you want to avoid confusion then please import only the goals which has change and exclude other goals.
