2580744 - How to Cancel a Subscription Bought in the SAP Store

You bought a subscription for a SAP system via the SAP Store and you request to cancel the subscription and stop being charged for it.

1. Log in to https://www.sapstore.com/.
2. In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on your name and click on My Account.
3. Click on the Subscriptions link on the left-hand side of the page.
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: SAP Support Engineers cannot do these steps.
