Symptom

  • "Refreshable" option become checked in Query properties of Web intelligence Document with data source Excel in HTML mode after migrating from 4.1 SP7 Patch 3 to BI 4.2 SP3 Patch 10.
  • An error when checking this option : "An error has occurred from the server. The file that is required to create or update the query cannot be found on the file system. File not found :"". (IES 10850) ( Error : INF)"
  • No issue when opening same webi document in Java mode
