For User created accounts, is it possible to configure Hire Date as a Mandatory field?

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
Resolution
Currently it is not possible to select "Hire Date" as a field to be filled for User Created Accounts, thus it is not possible to make it mandatory.
