2581120 - Locking error message V50R024 is raised in VL10b when creating a delviery from a stock sransfer order

Symptom

When an STO is locked by a user in ME22N, error "At least one order was blocked and could not be delivered (Message No. V50R024)" is issued while creating delivery in VL10B. System doesn't give the user information as which user locked the STO.
