2581433 - Drag and Drop Background Image

Symptom

Drag and drop of Image in Background Image window doesn't work.

Environment

HTML5

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into system.
  2. Click on Personalize.
  3. Select My Background Image.
  4. Drag and drop the desired image onto the Background Image upload window.

Cause

The image is dropped onto the wrong part of the Background Image upload window.

Resolution

Dropping the image works only on a certain section of the Background Image upload window. This is signalized by the blinking of "Drag and drop an image file (.ping or .jpg) to this area." text.
