2581516 - FKKBIXBIT_GEN: Regeneration of BIT classes after changes

After changes in BIT (Billable Item) or CIT (Consumption Item) classes, the generation is necessary. One of the following problems occurs:

• Deletion of test or actual data after regeneration of billable item class or consumption item class, after switching the configuration state from 'transportable' to 'productive'.
• Long runtimes during the regeneration of secondary indexes.
• Generation fails, because CDS (Core Data Services) views are still used.
