2581688 - Remove the Manager Register/Withdraw Employees link on Managers Links tile

Symptom

Managers shouldn't see the "Register/Withdraw Employees" link in the My Teams tab. How to remove the link?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

Remove the permission for the Manager to be able to Register/Withdraw Employees:

  1. Go to System Administrator >Security > Role Management
  2. Search for the Role of the Manager (it will be a Student role) and Edit it
  3. Go to Permissions tab
  4. Expand "My Team" section
  5. Look for the permission "Access Registrations" and check the Remove checkbox
  6. Click "Apply Changes"
  7. Click "OK" for the Warning that it may take some time.

All the users with this role that are manager won't be able to Register/Withdraw their employees, however they will retain the permission to view their employees' registrations.
