Symptom
Managers shouldn't see the "Register/Withdraw Employees" link in the My Teams tab. How to remove the link?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
Remove the permission for the Manager to be able to Register/Withdraw Employees:

Go to System Administrator >Security > Role Management

Search for the Role of the Manager (it will be a Student role) and Edit it

Go to Permissions tab
-
Expand "My Team" section
-
Look for the permission "Access Registrations" and check the Remove checkbox

Click "Apply Changes"
-
Click "OK" for the Warning that it may take some time.
All the users with this role that are manager won't be able to Register/Withdraw their employees, however they will retain the permission to view their employees' registrations.
