2581715 - No files / reports available in the bundle - Report Distributor

Symptom

  • No files / reports available after running a bundle offline, email or FTP in Report Distributor
  • The bundle is completed successfully but there are no files to download
  • WFA is implemented in the instance
  • Users with access to WFA data are not facing this issue

Environment

SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

Cause

This issue started occurring with the b1711 release. It occurs when the use running the bundle has all WFA measures restricted. Engineering is coding a permanent fix.

Resolution

The workaround is to grant the user access to at least one measure, generally the EOPHc measure -> End of Period Headcount measure in the Tree Security of the role assigned to the user.
